Welcome to uAuthor.com. These are the terms of service you that are associated with our services. By signing up for service with us, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can change at any time.

2. Description of Service

uAuthor.com provides Webhosting, Weblogging, and email services to our customers. In order to use the service, you must have access to the World Wide Web and have an existing email account.

3. Registration

In order to sign up for an account you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself when signing up for service. If it is found that any of your registration information is incorrect, incomplete, untruthful, or fraudulent, uAuthor.com reserves the right to terminate service with or without refund.

4. Member Conduct

All information posted to your space is the sole responsibility of the account holder. All text, images, graphics, audio, video, and other materials is the property of the poster and uAuthor.com does not share the views, interests, or agree with any of the statements, the veracity of any statements, or any other material. As an content generator on a site on the uAuthor.com server, you agree not to post any content that may be unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, libelous, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. You are also prohibited from posting any information or content that you do not own or have the right to post that may infringe upon privacy, property, copyright or other rights of another party. You may not use the service to conduct any business that transmits unwanted promotional materials including spam and pyramid schemes. You may not upload any material that contains spyware, viruses, code that can disrupt the uAuthor.com server or the computers of content readers. You may also not intentionally or unintentionally violate any state, federal, or international law or regulation.

5. Content Ownership

You own all of the content that you post on the site. However, by submitting your content on the uAuthor.com servers, you allow uAuthor.com to reproduce, modify, or adapt content for the purpose of promoting your site and uAuthor.com as long as you are a uAuthor.com member.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold uAuthor.com and its employees and related entities harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party relating to or arising from any content or your use of service with uAuthor.com.

7. Limits of Service

uAuthor.com at any time reserves the right to limit the use of any disk space or bandwidth use at any time. Current terms for accounts limits disk space to 200 megabytes of space and 1 gigabyte of network transfer volume per month. Additional usage may incur additional fees.

8. Termination

You agree that uAuthor.com in its sole discretion may terminate at any time your account or service and discard any content for any reason including if uAuthor.com believes that you have violated the termins of service in any way.

9. Warranties

You understand that use of this service is at your own risk. This service is provided "AS IS" on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. uAuthor.com provies no warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

uAuthor.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or any other damages resulting from the use of this service, the cost of using the service, or any other events that are related with your service. uAuthor.com is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. It is the sole responsibility of the account user to protect and backup any data.

11. Communication

Any communication from uAuthor.com may be made through the uAuthor.com website or through the email address used to sign up for service.
